AbstractThe present paper is concerned with the results of the theoretical investigation of gravitational wave interactionrnwith a large sample of optical superradiance. Here, we introduced a new theoretical framework for calculatingrnthe total power and energy of the spontaneous emission of photons by large sample supperradiance, we then, studied the superradiant effect of coupling to a background aligned resonant classical gravitational wave byrnconstructing a gravitational master equation for a large sample of trapped atoms and numerically solving therngravitational master equation. This allows us to evaluate the dynamics of gravitational wave interaction byrnconsidering N 2-level atoms with states and , which are taken as time-independent in the interaction picture. The theoretical results are compared with experimental observations of superradiance in the optical range and it is shown that superradiance may occur in weakly amplifying media, a situation in which the superradiance isrnoscillatory. |
